Industrial Electrician


 

This position supports a 24-hour 4-shift operation requiring flexibility and on-call status. Applicant should have +2 years experience with facility, machinery and equipment. Knowledge of PLC’s, VF motor drives, Motion/Servo motors, HM interfaces and distributed control systems required. Experience with Allen Bradley, Siemens, Omron, Elau, Gidding & Lewis products helpful. Routine job duties include installation, inspection, diagnostics, testing, repair and adjustment of manufacturing equipment. Strong control/troubleshooting abilities utilizing both schematics and ladder logic needed.

Machine Operator Trainee:


 

This position requires ability to operate, monitor, adjust and maintain paper-converting machinery. Prior experience in operating, troubleshooting, rebuilding or repair of machinery and equipment preferred. Inventory Management skills a plus. Successful candidate must have ability to occasionally lift/transport up to 45 lbs. with assistance. Mathematical and measurement skills are required. Reading comprehension ability also required. This position routinely lays-out, fits and fabricates metal components to assemble structural forms such as machinery frames, etc. Prior experience with MIG and Stick welding beneficial. The position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor. Successful candidate should have 2-3 years recent experience operating a forklift. The position routinely loads/unloads, stacks, stores, and tracks product and raw materials throughout the facility. Mathematical skills are required. Reading comprehension also required. Forklift Mechanic


 

The position supports a 24-hour shift operation and requires flexibility and being on-call; weekend and night work will occasionally be required. Key activities include but are not limited to the following:

* Ensure that safe practices are followed in all aspects of daily activities.

* Inspect, remove, replace, adjust and repair major components of lift trucks and pallet trucks

* Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and electrical issues.

* Read schematics, diagrams, blue prints, etc. * Maintain and comply with company vehicle maintenance policy and procedures.

* Perform other duties as assigned. Regular and reliable attendance.

Qualifications:

* Detail oriented, organized, and capable of working efficiently in a high-pressure environment with minimal or no guidance.

* High School Diploma or equivalent in addition to significant training in the mechanical field. ASE certifications are highly preferred.

* 2-3 years of recent experience. Strong technical and mechanical skills.

* Knowledge of internal combustion engines (LPG).

* Knowledge of electric forklifts, pallet jacks, hydraulics, and electrical troubleshooting.

* Familiarity with basic/specialty tools. Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

* Impeccable communication skills and the ability to communicate with a wide variety of people and backgrounds.
