Machine Operator Trainee:


 

This position requires ability to operate, monitor, adjust and maintain paper-converting machinery. Prior experience in operating, troubleshooting, rebuilding or repair of machinery and equipment preferred. Inventory Management skills a plus. Successful candidate must have ability to occasionally lift/transport up to 45 lbs. with assistance. Mathematical and measurement skills are required. Reading comprehension ability also required. RSWP is a 24/7 operation. Employees routinely work any shift assigned.

Maintenance Machinist


 

The position requires minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on manual machining. Strong background in setup and operation of mills and lathes. Knowledgeable in modification and repair of equipment. Welding and fabrication a plus.

Journeyman Electrician


 

This position supports a 24hr, 4-shift operation requiring flexibility and on-call status. Journeyman’s License required. Applicant should have 4+ yrs. experience with facility, machinery and equipment.

Experience with 480 Volt, 3 phase systems required. Knowledge of VF motor drives, Motion/Servo motors desired. Routine job duties include installation, inspection, diagnostics, testing, repair and adjustment of manufacturing equipment. Applicant will have strong control/troubleshooting abilities and be able to work from schematics and process and instrumentation diagrams.

Controls Technician


 

This position supports a 24hr, 4-shift operation requiring flexibility and on-call status. Minimal supervision, provide ongoing technical support to operations and engineering. Areas of support include oversite of production equipment, electrical operation and process control, systems integration design and implementation, general electrical design and maintenance. Good potential for advancement.

Candidate will have the following skills:

•Able to diagnose and configure VFDs, servo drives and motors.

•Experience with PLC/DCS systems (design, programming, and troubleshooting) with emphasis on Allen Bradley (Rockwell Automation).

•Understands interfaces and protocols (Ethernet, ControlNet, DeviceNet, Profibus) a plus.

•Understands field instrumentation and controls.

•Ability to read, interpret and work from process diagrams, wiring schematics, technical manuals.

•Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

•Proficiency in basic computer skills.

•Factory training on Allen Bradley, Siemens or Omron software is beneficial.

Qualifications:

•High School Diploma or equivalent.

•An Associate’s degree from a two year college or technical school is highly preferred.

•(4+) years of experience with process and industrial controls is desired.

Controls Engineer


 

This position supports a 24-hour 4-shift operation requiring flexibility and on-call status. Areas of support include oversight of production equipment, electrical operation and process control, systems integration design and implementation, general electrical design and maintenance. Good potential for advancement.

Candidate will have the following skills:

  • Possess PLC/DCS experience (design, programming, and troubleshooting).
  • Able to diagnose and configure VFDs, servo drives and motors.
  • Understand field devices such as sensors, solenoid valves, etc. (ability to install, configure and replace, as needed).
  • Perform electrical system studies and calculations (load, harmonics, voltage drop, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot electrical problems and provide root cause analysis.
  • Design and support multiple projects at the same time.
Qualifications (required):
  • BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or an Associate's degree in electrical engineering technology from an accredited technical school with 2 years' experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be a highly motivated self-starter with solid writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy of work.
  • Ability to work independently with oversight as necessary.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
