Machine Operator Trainee:


 

This position requires ability to operate, monitor, adjust and maintain paper-converting machinery. Prior experience in operating, troubleshooting, rebuilding or repair of machinery and equipment preferred. Inventory Management skills a plus. Successful candidate must have ability to occasionally lift/transport up to 45 lbs. with assistance. Mathematical and measurement skills are required. Reading comprehension ability also required. RSWP is a 24/7 operation. Employees routinely work any shift assigned.

Controls Engineer


 

This position supports a 24-hour 4-shift operation requiring flexibility and on-call status. Areas of support include oversight of production equipment, electrical operation and process control, systems integration design and implementation, general electrical design and maintenance. Good potential for advancement.

Skills:

  • Experience with PLC/DCS (design, programming, and troubleshooting).
  • Able to diagnose and configure VFDs, servo drives and motors.
  • Understand field devices such as sensors, solenoid valves, etc. (ability to install, configure and replace, as needed).
  • Perform electrical system studies and calculations (load, harmonics, voltage drop, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot electrical problems and provide root cause analysis.
  • Design and support multiple projects at the same time.

Qualifications (required):

  • BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or an Associate's degree in electrical engineering technology from an accredited technical school with 2 years' experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be a highly motivated and self-starter.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy of work.
  • Ability to work independently with oversight as necessary.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Administrative Assistant


 

This position will greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate person and provide information about our products and services. Provide high-level administrative support to our executives and board of directors by performing clerical functions such as screening calls, preparing and distribute correspondence, filing, receiving visitors, scheduling meetings and travels arrangements. Operate office equipment and prepare reports and documents using various programs. Assist interdepartmentally by coordinating customer service efforts with production planning, production, inventory and accounting. Run company errands such as making bank deposits or posting letters/parcels at the post office and other transportation services or arranging for their pick up.

Education and Skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, plus 3 years office or clerical experience (background in accounting preferred).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; bilingual preferably (English/Spanish).
  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to perform in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 5 years and reliable transportation.

Parts Room Attendant


 

This position requires ability to stock, organize, inventory, issue, label and control parts and tools entering and leaving the parts room. Receiving/verifying, data entry computer skills are required (spreadsheet, email, word processing). Successful candidate must have ability to occasionally lift/transport up to 50 lbs. with assistance. Bilingual English/Spanish helpful. This position is actively involved with monthly physical inventory and daily cycle counts. Completion of purchase orders for low stock items essential. Applicant should be familiar with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic component terminology. Mathematical and measurement skills required. Ability to work a three days on, three days off, rotating shift schedule; twelve hours shift. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for past 5 years required.

Facilities Attendant


 

This position reports to the Maintenance & Facilities Manager. Successful candidate must have ability to work under limited supervision to project completion and can adhere to established safety procedures. Knowledge of materials, methods and tools involved in repair of Facility building and grounds. Applicant must have prior experience in construction, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, carpentry, roofing, painting, electricity and mechanical maintenance. Average communication skills, oral and written.
